Date 17

So... this was a super random hang out that turned into a date.

He let me pick the restaraunt... Texas Roadhouse of course.

I love me some meat and it is just sooooo good!!!

So we went TRH,

chatted and bantered back and forth,

I love it, it was da best!!

Then we went to my house too make muddy buddies and watch a movie.

Then... I left the room for just a minute and I find my date on the couch chatting with my family..like they had know each other for forever!!

I was impressed with it for sure.. we ended up hanging out with my family most of the night.

{I highly recommend it}

Then we watched Nacho Libre and just talked.

Needless too say this date went super good.



Date 16

So you know when people are nervous and don't make eye contact?

Yeah.. this was that date, the whole night.

So I tried too loosen him up a bit by doing the lamb voice I can do quoting Babe, and the chant the lambs do.

Yeah it didn't really work out.

But we got indian food.

Went to Barnes and Noble.

(I found a cat puzzle I am in love with.)

Then went and saw a movie called Chronicles.

Annnnddd.... that was it.

Sad To See You Go

I didn't know if I should post on facebook, so I thought I could post on my blog.  Last night I found out of an old friend who passed away.  I knew he had been struggling and I tried to reach out too him awhile ago, but never heard anything.  Tanner, you will be missed, you had an influence on SO many people around you.  I will always remember coming over too your house in Saint George and you making me kool aid and just hanging out in your room while you and Jare played Maden, or whatever that football game is called.  I will always remember working at Eddie B with you and always talking about Yumi, and how hilarious she was.  And I will always remember you giving me the best hugs, just meaningful and full of life.  Thanks for taking care of me down at Dixie, you helped make it a good experience because luckily I had a friend like you down their.

Heart to Heart

I need to have a venting session here peeps.  Because, A. I need to let this all out somewhere B. It is my blog so I can do whatever I want/ say whatever I want.

-First off I can not tell the difference between to and too... I am struggling here.

-Stupid Boys... seriously, we have been on five dates, you text me, then you don't.  You take the time too tell me how awesome that date was and then follow up with texting me.  Then you disappear for a few days.  Are you interested are you not?  Just be flat out honest here, then I will be fine either way.... So I guess what I am saying is I HATE not knowing.  I hate bad communication and not being up front.  If you are figuring things out fine.. but let me know if that is what you are doing or if you are just busy.  Because this girls mind, LOVES to over analyze... way too much.  {Did I use the right to?}

-I work in the medical office, if you want to get help don't be mean on the phone.  I am always MORE then willing to help people who remain calm and kind.  If you are rude, I will still help you but I will not go above and beyond too assist you.  I am sorry this may sound rude but when you take over a 100 calls in one day, plus checking in patients, plus other tasks, you kinda get worn out with people telling you it is your fault if they die.

-I dislike confrontation and high stress situations.. but I love awkward situations.

-If you are going to leave your children in the waiting room for 3 hours BY THEM SELVES... don't be upset that I told them that if they colored on the furniture or walls that I would call the police.  They were taking off their shoes rubbing them on the children's toys, asking me to change the channel, continually trying too sneak by me and opened the locked door, and stealing all of our appointment reminder cards.

-But alas friends.. it really is all good, this weekend will be fun, just like I made today a good day with hellian children, because I got them back, oh I did.  I made them watch the stock market. Straight up.

Date 15

This is a rare date where I am actually going to post a picture of my date, but how could I not, he is kind of adorable!  And we did have a joyous time getting jamba juice and watching a Junior jazz game.

Date 14

My super cute friend Alison was talking about a group date she was doing.

So I told her next time, you let me know and I am in!!

Well Alison is kind of on top of things.. she called me the same night and said we found you a date are you in?

Of course I am!!  And my friend Rina too of course,

so we met at Alison's apartment she shares with two other roomies, a few other people showed up (including our dates

Mine, a 32 year old half Asian who develops buildings....owns his own home.. worked at LDS Hospital as an IV guy. So he was really nice and extremely established. It was a Hawaiian theme dinner which consisted of Pina Colada's, Hawaiian Haystacks and this yummy cake after.

After eating we all went bowling, when my true colors do show of, well, hyper-ness.

My date later asked while bowling if I was drunk, which I replied no.

And he said, Are you sure because I am really hoping that is the case... which I again replied, no I never have been.

Then he told me "I don't know if I can handle your enthusiasm."

Um..... I still don't know if he was kidding or not.

Haha I love meeting new people, but this is what dating is.. some guys are going to like you, some not.

Which is fine, this narrows things down and helps you figure out what you want and what they essentially want.. which evidently is someone who doesn't cheer even when you miss.
