Date 31

So.. this guy,
31
Getting his MBA at BYU
Prettiest brown eyes
He just is kind of pretty, the kind of pretty where you know his little babies will be sooo adorable.
So we went to a firepit with a bunch of his friends and roasted smores.
His friends were all so nice, I kind of instantly wanted to hang out with all of them again, even if I didn't go on a date with pretty boy again.
Then we went and laid on blankets at a park and just chatted away.
It was kind of wonderful.

Date 30

Whoa whoa... sir, we only have 20 more to go.  I kind of say we have dominated this 50dates game.  But anywho.. so I went out with a guy from my singles ward.... funny story of how he decided to ask me out which involves a back story.

So back in February this singles ward kid wanted to take me out, but I was spoken for {that is a totally different story and did not last long, blah so gross.}  Continuing on with the story, so he decided to not ask me out.. then a few weeks ago at the end of church me and my sister Aubrey were being out of control, nothing unusal... and kissing people's shoulders... so singles ward kid was talking to Aubs and Tyson.. and so I puckered up kissed him on the shoulder and left.. so I guess in his mind this marked me as not being spoken for. {Note to all the single ladies in singles ward.. kiss boys shoulders, they like it, then they will ask you out on dates. Your welcome.}

So we double with my sister and her fiance. {oh p.s. my little seester is engaged, to be married, so lovely} So we made homemade sushi, jumped on the tramp {I hate trampolines} then we got coldstone and played at the park.  It was a fun date for sure.. I loved being able to double up with my sister and soon to be brother.

Date 29

Oh hey.. it has been awhile... {I have good reason though, which will be explained at one point in time I am sure.}
So... I kind of changed up everything for this date, why you may ask?
Well two things....

1. I made this guy break the bro code
2. I asked him out.

Totally worth it... this kid is in my singles ward, so nice!!
Attending the U
Has a job
Plus... he is hilarious
So we went to Lone Star and got mexican food {which is so good by the way, there tamales and street tacos are sosoooooo good.} Then I surprised him and took him to Nicklecade, dreams come true there... I got him addicted to my favorite coin game.  Showed him how to screamo dance and my skills in speed walking.  Then with the prize money.. I got mustaches.  He got a woopy cushion and glasses.
So worth it.... so we both wore the mustaches on the way home and through the dairy queen drive through.  Where the young latino man said he wished his grew in like mine.. well of course you do.  But according to my date that meant that I was the hottest girl with a mustache he had ever seen.  I am really glad my date was there to translate.

Quote City

I don't pretend to know what love is for everyone, but I can tell you what it is for me: Love is knowing all about someone, and still wanting to be with them more than any other person, Love is trusting them enough to tell them everything about yourself, including the things you might be ashamed of, Love is feeling confortable and safe with someone, but still getting weak knees when they walk into a room and smile at you.
