Date 23

So.. I was meeting my date at Iggy's
I had never met or seen him before and so this was a blind date for sure
and on top of that.. he was running like 20 minutes late.
So I am awkwardly sitting and waiting for this guy to show up, that I haven't seen.
Looking at each guy coming in thinking, is that him? OR oh please.. not him....
He text me and said he was almost there, he wasn't sure where to go and thought I was at Chili's.
Just a small amount of miscommunication.
Finally he showed up, I was starving, at first the conversation was kind of lacking.
But then, we just started being super sarcastic and just having fun.
He is working two jobs and going to school, super great guy!!!

After dinner we went and got frozen yogurt and played the claw in the near by grocery store.
It turned out to be a way fun date, he even put up with me making fun of him being late for the date.
I love giving guys a hard time.

Date 22

So date 22 was a line up...
I was at my friend from work, Mrs. Jill's reception and she was like I want to introduce you to Greg.
So I was introduced to Greg, we chatted for a minute, then I went about my business eating my reception food.
{I mean seriously, that is one of the main reasons I love receptions}
So fast forward a week and Jill wants to line me up with Greg, whom I had forgotten about, but was reminded quickly of the guy at the wedding.
So numbers were exchanged and he called me up, we planned for Thursday.
So Thursday came and we went to this little place called the The Tin Roof, which was pretty good.
Then we went to the park and played this weird game from Italy, it is like chess for us in New York, or more so for the old men.
You throw this white ball and then try and chuck you two huge other balls to see if it can hit the one little ball.
I wasn't very good, although I did try and show my sweet t-ball arm from the first grade.
But we had a ton of fun and played till I started shivering.
It was a good date, with a good guy.
And I have decided I like good guys.

Date 21

I will be honest, when I first said yes to going on this date, I was feel just "meh" about it.
So I had totally fb stalked him and thought he looked like he was 14.
Perfect, I loved dating underage looking man boys.
But anyways, I went and met him at Thanksgiving Point.
He ended up be cute, way cuter then I thought.
So we drove down to P-Town to meet up with one of his friend's who was bringing a date along as well.
We went to The Chocolate, which has pazooki,
I LOVE pazooki, so we got that and one caramel pecan hot chocolate.
Soooo gooooodddddddd!!!!
We had really good talks, about what he is doing for school, work, what I do for work and for fun and his/my views on the Gospel, friendship, family, date.
By the end of the night I thought he was so attractive because of what he is about and the way he treated me.
It was a breath of fresh air, I totally had so much fun with him and would love a second date.
Please and thank you if you don't mind.

Date 20

This guy was seriously hilarious... I have never met someone who is as quirky as me.
We went out for ice cream at this little run down place in Lehi,
which was so good!!!!!
We just talked and laughed,
especially at his facial hair which looked like an old british's gentlemans.
Kinda like this.
But definitely more tammed.

Date 19

This guy I met in singles ward.... He is 27 and has two little girls, yep.  I went on a date with a guy who is a daddy.
So. Mr. Mom is so nice, he is a hard worker and says the nicest things.
He is just a GOOD person.
So we went out and got ice cream and just talked it was a really just nice time.
Super chill and he asked me out again.
So that is good right?

Date 18

Wellll... me and this kid, kind of clashed, but that is okay, that is what dating is for.
He hates short hair on girls, I love it, I mean I have short hair.
He questioned the way my parents allow my little brother to have a mowhawk in the summer.
He told me then how my Dad and little brother will go in the den and watch real man war shows while the women watch Sense and Sensability...
Which I replied, "No, we were our Dad's boys growing up, we love watching war movies... we love hiking and camping because that is what we grew up on."
Date, "No, that is just because it is a family thing."  Which I told him, "No, we really enjoy it."
{First off date guy, we don't have a den.  Secondly it wouldn't be S &S we would be watching it would be Pride and Prejudice, thank you very much.}
We got sushi and he just got a california roll.
And you know how their are two types of leather jackets... really slick ones and creep city ones?
Yeah he had a creep city one.
But the good thing... I got to see This Means War, again and I got sushi.

Random-ness of the Day

So... I am "working" right now... but I thought I would blog about some of my wants, seeing I am going to Vegas in two weeks for some R&R.  Minus this trip was originally to see Celine Dion, well she decided to cancel on us.. little skank.  Apparently her right vocal cord is tired and they have requested that she take time of till June.. so I guess I will just have to wait a bit to sing and dance to Celine Dion with, Celine Dion.

So... I made a deal with dear Wendizzle aka my Madre, not to shop till I left for my trip, that was the beginning of January.  So a deal is a deal and I have been holding out.. so here, in picture form.. is some of wantings of my little heart.  I can hardly wait for this, I do love my trips to Vegas!!!!

Also... I know I can't buy them in Vegas... but I NEED to see Coldplay in concert, just once.
The End.
