Day 30 {A bit late, but better late then never?}

Day 30:  A photography of yourself today {this is pretty recent} & three good things that have happened in the last 30 days.

Three good things that happened in March through April and part of May... hmmmm.... I don't know. Good things happen to me on a daily basis. I am grateful to be alive, to live in the United States.. {for the most part} To be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  To have a family and to have friends {especially ones I was able to see again, that I haven't in a long time, I have missed you all and am so glad too see you again} To get letters in the mail from one of my best friends and my number 1 buddy.  To have not one, but two jobs that I love, to be completely done with school, I am still amazed I finished.  I can't believe I did it, but I am so happy I did.  To have the opportunity to take road trips, for the opportunity to go to Africa.
I am truly blessed with great things and great opportunities and I love the people I have met along the way.  And that months can go by without talking to them or seeing them but I am able to catch up with them and it feels like no time has passed since I saw them last.
I have great parents who have pushed me too do my best and not to settle, I am grateful for the growth as an individual I have done... I am a person who will never stop changing I am constantly getting to know me.  I am so happy I have this time to do that, that I am truly getting to know me and what I want and not settling ever again. That I can pick and choose and be honest.  I love it and I love the ah-ha moments I have that make me realize things... that are truly important to me.  Life is fabulous, and I am going to have a fabulous time living it.

This is me a year ago.
I was married
Living in Draper
Going to school full time
Working full time
My life wasn't what I thought it would be...
So it was okay...

This is me now, a year later... and I have never been happier.
I am single
Living at home
I am working two jobs
I have graduated from college
I am experiencing life and living it to the fullest
I have made so many wonderful friends
Along with some amazing memories
I am going to Africa, a life long dream of mine.
And I am fulfilling it...
I am SO happy now.

All in all, I don't think I look much different. 

I am still Meagan..

But I am so so SO much happier

This last year has been hard,

BUT

I wouldn't change a thing

I have learned so much

and

I have have grown so much as a person.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter Day Saints, I am a MORMON.

And I am SO proud and SO blessed to have the gospel in my life.

I am so grateful for temples, the blessing of having eternal families.

And for the knowledge that knowing after this life I will be with my family.

I am also so blessed to know that one day I will be sealed to my husand {whoever he is}

and we will have OUR eternal family.

I am blessed to take part in the work that goes on inside these magnificent buildings.

I am grateful for our modern day prophet,

Thomas S. Monson.

I am so grateful to have an amazing leader to guide and direct us

on the right path.

I am grateful for General Conference,

and the words of wisdom that are given to us by our leaders of the Church.

I am also so grateful for Joseph Smith,

who at the young age of 14 prayed to find out what church he should join

and was told none of them.

And what came forth was one of the greatest blessings I have ever known in my life.

I am so grateful for his sacrifice and bringing forth the Gospel

and the Book of Mormon.

I am a proud member of the LDS church.

I am blessed every day from it,

I have a testimony of the gospel.

I know the Book of Mormon to be a wonderful thing,

and I know that reading this book,

it has strengthened my testimony.

I love this gospel,

it has helped me through so many trials

and it is what gives me my light.

this question, LOLAVIE

means... laugh at life, in french.

Which totally suites because:

A. My life has NOT gone as expected

so I need to laugh about it.

B. I laugh at life all the time... seriously, I do.

  But I found Lolavie, because I stole it from Jennifer Aniston, 

she had this perfume come out, and originally, it's name was supposed to be Lolavie

but she changed it.

lolavie is also the name for my headband business

And it will continue growing as we get married and have babies... I love babies

I LOVE my family, they are simply amazing.

We have all been through a lot, but we have been through all of it together.

We have laughed and cried and gotten in fist fights together but it is fabulous with every up and down, twist and turn.  And every other sparkle and glittery thing that happens.

They are my everything and my very best friends.

I admire them in their each own wonderfully individualized way.

Now... it is just a matter of finding a guy for me that will fit in with this crazy group?!

So our family got rid of normal tv and now we just have Netflix, which I LOVE... so it would probably be Cake Boss.... such a good show, seriously fabulous.

I have a lot in my make up bag... but it is all Mary Kay makeup because I am allergic to anything else.
So here it goes, this is what I have in my make up bag which is actually quite sassy looking and keeps everything together... I think Mary Kay thinks of everything.
